Our Special Needs cats and kittens often need daily medication or they have physical conditions that require special living conditions.  Many of these cats become lifetime residents because we can't find proper homes for them.  Here are some of our Special Needs feline friends looking for their own special forever homes.
Medication and/or special food will be provided to you if needed.  We also require that Special Needs cats return to us for regular check-ups.For more information about adopting a Special Needs cat, please contact our shelter at 492-6200.
Michael is a sweet gentle boy who has been with us for over a year. He has tested positive for FIV but has been healthy the entire time he has been at our shelter. Michael is friendly and nonagressive who would love nothing more than to find a loving forever home and be somebody's pet again. Michael would make a great addition to a family who already has an FIV+ cat or he would do very well as the only cat in a household. Won't you grant his wish for a forever home?

Amigo
Michael
Amigo is a sweet gentle boy was rescued from the10th Life Sanctuary when it was closed by Animal Services. He has tested positive for FIV but has been healthy since he's been at our shelter. Amigo would give anything to experience a loving home once again after all that he has endured.  He would make a great companion for an FIV+ cat or as a pampered only cat.  Are you ready to show Amigo the joy of being a loved pet?
